Lake Eufaula Association is set to host its annual Golden Eagle Poker. Gather up your friends for the “FUNest” event on Lake Eufaula, the Golden Eagle Poker Run, Sat., June 10 in Eufaula Cove. Lake Eufaula Association will host the annual fund raising event with over $40,000 in cash prizes based on 500 entries on the deck of Captain John’s Restaurant at Eufaula Cove Marina.

Test your luck at the Golden Eagle Run, Lake Eufaula’s original poker run, and enter the most exciting event on the lake. Over $40,000 in cash prizes is expected to be awarded based on 500 entries. By car, motorcycle, boat or other watercraft, participants will hop from marina to marina collecting cards in an effort to create the best poker hand. Cash payouts will be awarded to the top five hands, plus 25 $100 mystery cards and five $200 Hopper Hands will also be awarded. Rules of the game will be in accordance with five card stud poker hands.
Join the fun at Lake Eufaula and sign up for the Golden Eagle Poker Run. The first card will be handed out with the entry packet and participants that purchase a sixth card will select it at the final check-in. At 4pm, all participants are to be back at check-in. A great time will be had by both participants and bystanders in this race for the winning hand.
